The Write Touch Professional Writing Services, LLC, parent company of Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers, is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

In accordance with purchasing and/or using services provided by Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers, all clients hereby agree to abide by, and acknowledge, the following:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1.   Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers makes NO warranty (express or implied), or other representations about what its service will do to a client's chances of gaining employment, receiving a job or job offer, or getting an interview as a result of purchasing or otherwise using our writing services. Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers disclaims any and all implied or express warranties, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness of products as well as services for a particular purpose.

2.   Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers is not liable for the success or failure of any résumé or career-related product prepared by our writers.

3.   Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers is not responsible for any actions that do or do not result from the use of our company’s services, including, but not limited to, successful acquisition of a job or the failure to receive a job, even on account of our services rendered.

4.   Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services and/or materials.

5.   Every attempt is made by the writers of Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers to extract valid and correct information from our clients regarding education, certifications, career history, dates of employment, job titles, job duties, responsibilities, accomplishments, results, career aspirations, and other items for the purpose of constructing a résumé. The client specifically acknowledges and agrees that Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers is not liable for any deceptive, defamatory, offensive, and/or illegal information provided by any client for the construction of the résumé and/or related materials. Furthermore, Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers is not liable for any deceptive, defamatory, offensive, and/or illegal conduct of any user at any time. Clients of Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers agree to hold Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers harmless from any career, professional, criminal, or civil proceedings brought about by their own negligent or intentional furnishing of false or misleading information.

6.   Every attempt is made by the writers of Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers to deliver the highest quality writing-related services. At times, errors are inadvertently made. By using services provided by Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers, the client acknowledges the fact that not all errors, omissions, and problems may be detected by our writers and will not hold Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers or its writers responsible for these errors.

7.   Many variables and situations are present and must be addressed by the client when searching for, and obtaining, employment. A résumé, cover letter, and other related materials are only a few of these many variables. Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers makes no claims or guarantees as to the accuracy and/or success of its services. If the client is dissatisfied in any way with any of Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers materials, workmanship, or with any of our terms and conditions, the client’s sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers.

8.   Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers is not responsible for any inabilities of the client to access our services, temporary or otherwise.

9.   Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers does not warrant that the functions contained in its Web site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected.

10. Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers is not responsible or liable for any inability of the client to deliver materials to our service. Likewise, Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers is not responsible or liable for any client inability to receive materials from our service. This includes interruption of email transmission, invalid or incorrect email addresses, inability to view or print completed materials, or errors or omissions by Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers staff.

11. Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers will not monetarily refund any editing or writing services whatsoever.

12. Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers may contain links to Internet sites operated by third parties. Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers does not operate or control in any respect any information, products, or services on these third-party sites. Materials in this site and third-party sites are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers disclaims all warranties.

13. Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers does not warrant that functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected. Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of the use, of the materials in this site or in third-party sites in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. The client (and not Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers) assumes the entire cost of all necessary maintenance, repair, or correction.

TERMINATION

This agreement is effective until terminated by Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers at any time with or without notice.

Notice of the risk of computer viruses:
Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers is not liable in any way for any viruses that clients of our service may acquire as a result of using our services. We make every attempt to prevent viruses from being transmitted, but by the nature of our activities on the Internet, viruses may be inadvertently transmitted. Galen Michaels & Associates Professional Résumé Writers is not liable or responsible for any viruses inadvertently transmitted and is not liable for any damages resulting from the transmission of viruses. It is the responsibility of every user and/or client of our service to remain vigilant in the prevention of viruses from coming into contact with their own computers.
