To get a good job you need an interview and to get an interview you need a good résumé! This 4-hour in-seat seminar treats the résumé as a personal asset and explores the art of résumé writing and how to capture the attention of a hiring manager.
Résumé examples are reviewed and discussed with explanations as to why certain résumés are rejected while others are reviewed. A methodology is provided for constructing a document that stands out from the crowd and resources will be made available for those seeking further help and guidance. Students are encouraged to bring their existing résumés with them to the seminar.
